Lighthouse moving did an incredible job helping me to move from one apartment to another, especially given the unforeseen complications that came up for me that morning. They assisted with moving and packing things I was not anticipating taking with me without any issues. The movers were extremely friendly, took direction well and took excellent care of my belongings. The owner was very helpful and responsive, and being able to text him about details of my move before and during did a ton to relieve my anxiety about moving. Overall, everything was shipped safely, timely and in as good a condition as you can expect from a big move. I also contacted the owner to help move a few things back (my fault) to the original apartment, which was tricky logistically due to outside factors, and they were very responsive and able to help almost immediately, and for a reasonable cost. I can’t recommend them enough.

Lighthouse moving was affordable and the three workers were friendly and helpful. They moved large furniture safely and took especially good care of the piano. The workers even helped move some furniture that was already in our new house from upstairs to downstairs. The move was completed in just under 3 hours for a 3 mile move. John was helpful when talking over the phone in preparing for our move and learning what items we were moving. He responded to calls and texts promptly.
