The driver Edgar was exceptional and told us they would treat our stuff like their own and they did just that. Both of his teams were very good going and coming.
Janet from Allied was also exceptional and very helpful and she was able to help us through the decision process and continued to follow up with us until the end and we appreciated all her time that she devoted to us.

If you're looking for the cheapest, go someplace else. If you're looking for the BEST, then this is it! -and It is the highlight of my day to tell EVERYONE AND ANYONE who will listen about Piepho moving! I did not have one extra dollar to spend so i split every hair and lost plenty of sleep trying make the decision to go with these guys. How could I have ever known what an OUTSTANDING experience I would have starting with dynamite Desiree alllllll the way to every single one of the most amazing movers! I am psychotic and neurotic and i over analyze every annoying detail, but EVERY person went out of their way and well above and beyond to treat me like the best customer on earth! More impressively EVERY single teeny tiny stupid item from my hoarder house made it all the way to my new house with complete perfection! I was literally dumbfounded that was even possible!!! I am a handful for even my own family but Piepho went over the top with treating me and all of my things with the utmost care and extraordinary concern. They truly were one of the ONLY and verrrrry few bright spots of my entire home building process. I genuinely LOVE YOU GUYS!!! I just wish I was rich and moved more than once every 20 years so I could you again! There aren't enough words to convey how deeply grateful I am to all of you for treating me so well. To the world you may only be one person, but to one person (me) you may make all the difference in the world!!!

Desiree provided a detailed & accurate quote within 30 minutes. Janet kept me fully informed the whole time. Oleg & Lomas packed my entire life, including hundreds of pieces of pottery w/ delicate details, w/ such care that not one thing was broken. Noah, Casey & Irving loaded my belongings so that they traveled 1400 miles without any damage. Special call out to Noah- team lead & driver- who had to transfer my entire move to a smaller truck to navigate my community- and still not one thing was broken or missing. And finally, the team who unloaded & unpacked, were hard working & efficient. 5 stars. I would recommend Piepho to everyone.

We hired Piepho to pack & move from one apartment to another, 1.5 miles apart. 3 men arrived at 9am. We stayed out of their way as they made trips from the 2nd floor apartment to the truck. At 3pm, they drove away unannounced. They left some drawers & cabinets unemptied. The window AC, microwave, crock pot, air fryer, food items & miscellaneous things weren't moved. Janet, the move coordinator, blamed us for not doing a walk through. The crew left without informing us. Perhaps we should have chased them to come back. We've used Piepho twice in 2 years. They charge too much for subpar work.

A great experience for moving across country! The communication was amazing along with the attention to detail. Desiree came out and did a complete inventory and when I made changes, she rolled with it. Janet kept me on track, which I appreciated, and Ron, our driver, made sure our personal possessions arrived safely with no damage.
