I strongly advise against engaging this company for moving services. They operate in a manner that suggests fraudulent intent, disguised as a legitimate moving business. I paid upfront for my move, originally quoted at $160 and discounted to $143. The move was supposed to involve only six boxes, five trash bags, and a single mattress. Issues arose immediately when they scheduled the move for an incorrect date. Despite requesting a refund, I accepted the rescheduled date. However, on that day, the movers failed to appear. After losing a day of work, I inquired about the lack of notification; the manager assured me of a $200 refund for the inconvenience, despite the move having been paid in advance. The move itself took approximately 46 minutes, as evidenced by video footage. During the process, a helper damaged a box containing Murano crystals. Midway through, the company attempted to extort an additional $600 for what was, at most, an hour-long move involving only basic items. I refused to pay, and they subsequently removed half of my belongings from the premises. I was compelled to involve law enforcement to recover my possessions. The company's tactics include manipulating arrival times, misrepresenting the size of the move, and charging for items not used or requested, such as boxes and dollies. If anyone finds themselves in a similar situation, I encourage them to contact me so we might pursue joint legal action against this company.

Their attention to detail put us at ease. And their cheerful work ethic kept us all in good spirits. Lynnette was a particularly outstanding. Keep away if you can! First off I was insulted by this company not once, but twice! Initially at the time of the move, but when I called inquiring about the amount that I was offered due to the damage of my items! If you ever call and talk to Ace, just hang up. He was rude and condescending. He told me that “you can read what you are signing”. When I asked to speak to his manager he told me that there was no one to negotiate. I was not asking for that! I wanted to report his tone and his response. This was my first time using a moving company and was hoping that this company would have worked out, but it seems to me that they can be condescending to their customers! You get what you pay for!
