He covered every important detail—from coordinating timing, the last minute move that this was, to protecting floors from scratches, explaining how carefully the movers will be safeguarding not only the home but the furniture edges so nothing would be damaged. He even accounted for a steep driveway, which showed true attention to detail and experience.

Jonathan in dispatch ensured clear communication, scheduling accuracy, and seamless logistics, making the entire process stress-free and well-coordinated.

The movers, Oscar and Adonay, were exceptional. They were professional, careful, and detail-oriented movers who truly take pride in their work. They didn’t rush, protected the building elevator, cleaned up afterward, and even went above and beyond by helping me install protective pads on the bottom of my cabinets so I could move them myself later.

This was not just a local move—they handled an out-of-state furniture pickup and delivery to Connecticut, and everything went flawlessly.

On top of all of that, the pricing was very fair, transparent, and realistic, especially for an interstate job. It felt comfortable and honest, which is rare in the moving industry.

After waiting til last minute to get movers, Smooth Move & Delivery fit me into their schedule very quickly. Day of moving they sent 4 movers and they did not disappoint! They were quick, efficient and extremely communicative. Nothing broke in transit or at arrival. 100% I would recommend and use again for my next move!

On time, prepared, extremely careful, knowledgeable and very fairly priced about taking certain pieces of furniture apart to carefully wrap. The team at Smooth Move & Delivery in Stamford was outstanding during our December 2025 move. From booking our moving date with Steve, to payment for our service, to thanking the moving team for their help - everyone was great to work with! We moved from a 2-bedroom apartment into a 3-story townhouse with lots of stairs, and the moving crew Gerson and Adonay never even flinched at the amount of strength and effort required to get our large furniture up and down multiple flights.
