Due to transportation issues on our end, we unfortunately had to cancel twice. Each time, they had their crew scheduled early in the morning and were ready to go. They were even willing to come back and move everything after 9 p.m. to help us stay on track, which says a lot about their commitment to their clients.On the third attempt, they showed up at 7 a.m. sharp with the full crew, fully prepared and ready to work. Arrived on time, got to work immediately and were incredibly careful and efficient. I was so impressed at their speed. The crew was friendly and professional. I will hire them again for any future move!The one negative was that despite some walkway cloth put down, the houses were filled with dirt from their shoes. It was a winter move, and they did send me a sheet with considerations for winter moves and that was on there, so I knew to expect it. They reasonably can't do their job well and keep it spotless in winter, I understand. It just took a while to clean it all up.

A great hardworking team. We were very satisfied. They had a very positive attitude, despite having to move some extremely heavy boxes up the stairs. They were careful not to damage our new home. They all had a good sense of humor, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, we were very impressed. Merci beaucoup guys!!! And the piano is still playing fine!!!
