I have a really perfect experience for my moving today. Ciro and Peter are definitely my superheroes. I can’t imagine better movers. Today’s weather is very bad, raining and even hailing. They fully wrapped every furniture carefully and efficiently. They treated all my belongings as their own. I left my son’s bed half disassembled with a long vertical bar that’s hard to remove. Ciro and Peter carried the bed, adjusting it back and forth up and down, from the old apartment on the second floor to the truck, and then from the truck to the bedroom on the second floor of the new house. They’re really amazing. They’re incredibly experienced. I didn’t have time to pack a lot of things, so they helped me pack, using my throw pillows as cushioning. They spent over six hours straight without wasting a single minute. This moving experience really impressed me. I highly recommend New Joy Moving, especially Ciro and Peter. The pricing was also fair and reasonable. I’ll definitely choose them again for my next move.
Roberto and Elvis did an amazing job helping us move out of our apartment. We needed to get our stuff into a shipping container. There was a lot of furniture that we were expecting to throw away, but due to their amazing packing skills they managed to get everything and more than we expected. We ran into a time crunch at the facility and they double timed for us. I would highly recommend their service. 10 stars if I could.
Had a great time with Roberto and Omar ! They did an excellent job and were very nice to work. They took care of every item with great care. They worked fast and for a long time and were smiling throughout. Great experience with Kate as well who helped with coordination over the phone. Would highly recommend their service :)
Thanks to Omar and Robert for the smooth move! I moved from San Jose to Tracy, and since it was a long distance, there was no way I could’ve done it myself without making 10 trips. Communication was great—they arrived right on time and called in advance so I could be prepared. They had padding and mats set up for the pathway, and moved everything quickly while still being very careful. This was my first time using a moving service and it was absolutely worth it. I’ll definitely use them again.
