A five man crew (Jake (lead), Roy, Carl, Armond, and Antonio) of Delaney Movers moved my family from two locations (living space and storage) to a new location and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. We recently moved from Baldwinsville, NY to Groton, NY. Delaney Moving & Storage did a fantastic job. They first quoted us in June and we didn't move until February. No surprises in the quote which we thought was very reasonable.The guys that did the move were fantastic. Everything that needed to be disassebled was re-assembled upon delivery. All furniture was wrapped for protection and delivered in perfect conditon. This was our first move in 28 years and we had some apprehension - including the steep slope of our driveway. To say all went well is understatement. Cheryl at delaney called on both the pick-up day a the day of delivery to make sure all was well. SUPER CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thanks, Cheryl.
Delaney Moving & Storage handled our move from Baldwinsville to Groton, NY this week and we couldn’t have asked for better service. Their communications were great, keeping us informed of everything throughout the process. The crew - David, Jake, and Carl - were wonderful. Professional, personable, and great to work with. They wrapped everything thoroughly, covered the floors, and were very polite and kind. And they got along great with our dog! They work really hard and overall, it was a great experience.
I had a great experience with this moving company. Communication from the office and the movers was excellent throughout. The movers, Dave and Jake, were very professional, polite, and efficient, and provided great help with packing.They were on time, flexible with the unloading date, and accommodating with timing while I was moving between states during a severe winter storm. Very pleased with Delaney Worldwide! From the initial virtual tour of our home with Art until the final check at our new home with Dave and Roy, Delaney provided top notch service. They eased an anxiety producing event at every turn. Dave and Roy did a great job with their crews in packing, loading, transporting 375 miles and unloading with setup in our new home.
