I had everything all packed , lined up and ready to go. Four workers came in a huge truck. They all were courteous, friendly and smart. But best of all they were all great workers, not wasting time ( as I pay by the hour) .Very satisfied with Two Men and a Truck Movers !! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Two Men and a Truck for any of your moving needs, especially if you want to save money !
Unprofessional, Overpriced, and Zero AccountabilityI had an extremely disappointing and stressful experience with Two Men and a Truck and would strongly caution anyone considering them. Before the move, I raised concerns about professionalism and pricing discrepancies. I was assured these issues would be corrected and that things would be “made right” on moving day. Unfortunately, the opposite happened. On move day, the crew locked themselves out of their truck for several hours, causing major delays and preventing access to supplies. The job was not completed as scheduled, and the crew that returned later openly stated the original team should have done far more work.I was never informed that exceeding the quoted six hours would dramatically increase the cost. I asked multiple times what would happen if we hit the time limit and was only told, “we have to finish the job.” No one explained additional charges or gave me the option to stop or reassess. The final bill was far higher than what I was quoted, and management later admitted I had been misquoted.I paid for unpacking services, which were not done at all. Boxes were poorly packed, half-filled, unorganized, and unlabeled. Items were left behind that I had paid for them to move. I was 8 months pregnant at the time and ended up unpacking myself despite paying over $4,000 for this service. To make matters worse, two items were damaged: a desk worth over $500 and irreplaceable wedding memorabilia. Photos were taken and management was notified immediately. After weeks of follow-up, a manager finally came out—only because I pushed the issue again—and offered only to “try to find someone” to repair the desk. I was told I’d be contacted the next day. I never heard back.Communication completely stopped despite:Multiple phone callsVoicemailsTextsEmailsPhoto documentation sent at their requestThe only offer made was a $200 credit, which is insulting given the damage, incomplete services, misquoting, and total lack of follow-through. After June 24, all communication ceased entirely. This company showed poor organization, lack of transparency, damaged property, and zero accountability. I would not recommend them to anyone
Checking the reviews, I decided to give Two Men and a Truck a try, and I wasn't disappointed. Within minutes after submitting a request for an estimate online, I received a phone call from them. The rep was very efficient and pleasant and gave me a quote that was within my ballpark. The move was also efficient and courteous. The movers were respectful and careful with our items. They were also on time. I was most pleased with the final bill, which came in $200 under estimate. Finally, I received a phone call later asking how the move went. Based on this move, I can recommend highly and without reservation Two Men for your moves.
I called Two Men and a truck yesterday and scheduled them to move a sectional from my home in Fayetteville to a Liverpool apartment. Everyone I spoke with was polite and quoted me a fair price. Today Trey and Khalil arrived to pick up the sectional. They were on time (Khalil called to let me know they were 5 minutes out). They did an outstanding job. I didn’t realize how difficult it was to move given the narrow doorways in my home. When they arrived in Liverpool they delivered it and reassembled it with no problem. The price they quoted was exactly what I paid. I’ll be sure to use them in the future.
The crew who helped my husband and I move into our new apartment were phenomenal. I had used this company previously for my moving needs and I knew exactly who to call this time around. They truly go above and beyond each time. I highly recommend them. Thank you guys!!!
