Don’t use them. Hired them in August. Damaged my furniture. Their contract says they will reimburse. I’ve been in sporadic contact because they ignore my calls and texts but when I call from a different number, they answer. It’s now November and I haven’t seen a check or heard from them. They ignore my calls and texts. Had to report to the BBB.
They showed up 2 hours late. They damaged a lot of my furniture and my hardwood floors. Pictures have been sent to the boss multiple times and he has yet to contact me about a refund. Do not use this business.
They did an amazing job packing my pod. Everything fit perfectly and was nice and secure.
I gotta say, these guys were AMAZING! First and foremost, we got stiffed by our original movers, and with one call last minute these guys scheduled us with no questions asked. Our original time was for 1pm, but schedules changed and we were the first on their minds for them to come take care of us early. Upon arrival, to my surprise, they brought THREE GUYS!! Can you believe that?! I would’ve never expected that for what I paid. They patiently waited for my husband to go to the bank and then the move started. We were only expecting the heavy stuff with the two hour window we paid for, but WOW! These guys pretty much cleared my whole house in literally 1.5 hours down a steep flight of stairs, laughing and joking along the way. To say that I’m impressed and so thankful is a complete understatement and without them I’d still be sitting on the floor crying and praying for a miracle. When I say these guys should be your first thought, I mean it with everything inside me. You guys saved us more than I’d ever thought possible. To you and your crew, I can’t thank you more. Five stars doesn’t even begin to give you the props you all deserve.
I highly recommend "We Get It Done Movers". I was pleased to find out that they offer same day moving services. They also provide all supplies that you may need. They are very efficient, timely, and professional. I found out because I’m a veteran that I was eligible for a veterans discount. They also provide seniors and returning customer discounts. Call Jeff whether you need your apartment or business packed up moved. They are definitely the people to get it done. Also found out if I ever needed them to provide delivery services for me they would pick up and deliver miscellaneous items and deliver for me. Thank you for completing within a total of 3 hours.
