Have used them twice and this company is outstanding. My mom injured her back before our move and they were more than accommodating with the rates and extra help and even brought us flowers. So friendly, good energy and hard working.

If I could give 10 stars I would. I would recommend them to everyone. So efficient,moved me very fast,wrapped all my furniture in bubble wrap,knew exactly what they were doing. Kind, courteous,and thoughtful. The owner came by to introduce himself. He kept saying " Don't worry we got you!! For a senior this was so reassuring.
Amazing company! If I could add more stars I would!! These guys came and saved the day for our office move. I spoke to the owner Jaquan on the phone and he walked me through the whole process and even gave me tips to save money on my estimate. We wasn’t fully prepared on move day and still had boxes to pack and they didn’t even charge extra for helping me pack some boxes that wasn’t discussed previously on the initial quote. The movers where very polite and moved very efficiently as well I highly recommend this amazing black owned company!
Absolutely the most professional and polite group of gentlemen I've ever been associated with in such a setting. They were very efficient with time and work management and very careful with our belongings, while at the same time being mindful of possible damage of our home structures. Big Bros Moving is Absolutely excellent!
