Everyone at Griner was truly amazing - very experienced, thorough, and reliable. I moved across country, and they made a stressful move feel seamless. Emily and Heather in the office were also so helpful, answering all my questions. I absolutely loved my experience with Griner moving services! I couldn’t ask for a better experience. They showed up on time with great attitudes and told me what to expect upfront. They sent professional documents ahead of time and offer to quote when I booked them. Their rates were very reasonable and their workers exceeded expectations. They wrapped all of my belongings with care and I did not have a single damaged item during my move. This company was recommended by multiple people at the hospital I work for, and I will definitely use them again for my next move!
The team they sent did not wrap 90% of the furniture, even though we provided 36 pads and asked multiple times to wrap all furniture pieces. Several antique pieces were scratched and one piece they broke a marble top before putting it in the truck. This was obvious, since no broken marble was in the truck when unloaded. This was one of the 4 pieces they wrapped (presumably to hid the damage). The office was notified & sent pictures of the damage and have failed to respond timely, they said they would on the next business day. They put all the boxes at the front and waited to the end to throw the furniture in awkwardly and in unstable positions. When discovered, the back 10 feet of the truck to be completely rearranged prior to transit.
Griner Movers did an outstanding job providing services for a move from Tallahassee to Virginia. My initial phone call was answered by Emily who explained the moving process based on my questions. She was extremely polite and professional from the start to finish. All arrangements were made by her. She was always extremely timely keeping me informed on what needed to be done and the timeline prior to the move.On moving day, Randy, Ken and Ruben arrived and were very polite, friendly and courteous. They explained everything that would be done getting the house items loaded on the trip. They were extremely careful and took excellent care wrapping and loading all the house items on the truck. The entire house was packed and loaded in a timely manner. They were extremely professional and courteous throughout the entire process. The house items were at the destination before noon on the next day. They did a good job getting everything unloaded and placed inside the new residence. It was a pleasure working with these professionals.I highly recommend Griner Moving Services and would use them again without any hesitation.
Sam, Anton and Randy were very professional, courteous, polite and prompt. They took excellent care of my furniture, they wrapped it and treated it like prize possessions. When they unloaded they asked where we wanted everything and enen moved some it for me. I highly recommend Griner Moving.
