We were so pleased with our entire moving experience from beginning to end. Our journey began with wonderful customer service with Victoria and Matt who provided helpful and accurate quotations and were very accommodating in providing service during the holiday season.When moving day came, the process was seamless. Jesse, Howard and Taylor handled the move with care and precision, were a pleasure to work with, and all the belongings were so well cared for. If we could rate It’s Your Move 20 stars we definitely would. From the first contact we had with Matt and Victoria to the completion of the move, everyone was friendly and professional. We hired them to move our daughter from an upstairs apartment to her new home. Reginald and Howard were professional, polite, handled everything as if it were their own and they were very conscientious while moving items into new home to not damage doors, walls and floors. Everything was wrapped and protected during the move and handled with care. They far exceeded our expectations and at a great price too! We definitely will use them again if the need arises and recommend them to anyone. You can’t go wrong with It’s Your Move.
I called and set up moving arrangements for my daughter to move to Orlando then a couple months later move my son from my home to an apartment here in Tallahassee. We just use them today to move my daughter back from Orlando to Tallahassee and I seriously cannot praise this company enough The secretary the movers everyone I’ve had a conversation with has been pleasant. It’s been very simple communicating with them and getting the quotes and the job done the movers that they have have worked very hard very timely. Nothing has been broken. They’ve all had great attitudes so I highly recommend if you’re preparing for a move oh, and moving fees are very reasonable. Cause remember you’re paying someone else to do all the hard work??
