Reviews
What customers say
Several customers praise punctual, professional crews; one family also valued an advance visit, planning help and schedule accommodation during a complicated move. One customer, however, reported that the price on arrival differed from the earlier quote and said they could not reach anyone to find out where furniture had been taken.

There were two gentlemen that helped us with our removal service. I hope I get their names correct, but I believe it was Jordan and damarion. They were patient and gave us a fair price. Took their time to make sure everything we needed removed from the storage unit was considered before heading out. We're thankful they were there to help my dad make the day go by a little easier when cleaning out our storage unit.

AVOID THIS COMPANY! I absolutely hate this company and do NOTTT recommend them. They STOLE my furniture!!! They are dishonest and will charge you a completely different price once they actually arrive on site than what they quoted you for before. They’ll also take your furniture and NEVER CONTACT YOU AGAIN!! My job was over 2 weeks ago and I’m unable to get in touch with anyone regarding where my furniture was taken! The main line is completely useless and keeps saying they contacted the local franchise and a supervisor or manager will get back to me but no one ever calls me back! I’ve reported them to the Better Business Bureau and may pursue legal action. I encourage you to AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!! They are scam artists and thieves and completely dishonest!!!

Jordan and John did a great job with a hauling project for me. They arrived on time, were professional, and worked efficiently. They handled everything carefully and were respectful of my property throughout the job.
The process was smooth from start to finish, and their attitude made it easy to work with them. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing reliable hauling services.

Thank you, College Hunks (Sam, Trey, and Amadee), for showing up on time, being professional, and helping with cleaning out my in-laws' house. Dealing with the loss of family members is one thing, but organizing the personal effects and furniture for donation is another. You guys were awesome!
Marisa Scalera
Jorden and Dante from the North Tampa branch were friendly and helpful, with a positive attitude throughout the process, and went above and beyond to assist with our parents' logistically complex move. They made an on-site visit in advance to discuss and help us strategize, provided good decision-making information, accommodated our very specific schedule, called in advance to confirm their punctual arrival, worked efficiently and effectively, and accepted our challenging project with generosity and enthusiasm. Highly recommend.
