Heroic Movers are hands down the BEST moving company I’ve ever used. This is my second time hiring them within the last year, and both experiences were amazing. They’re reliable, fast, and actually care about doing a good job which is so hard to find these days.

The first time, my truck broke down mid-move and they had to leave. I thought I was stuck… but the owner, John, personally came back himself later to finish the job at NO extra cost. That level of customer service is rare and honestly meant so much.

This time, they showed up right on time and worked nonstop. They moved and unloaded my entire 5-bedroom house in just 6½ hours. Super efficient, careful with everything, and just genuinely nice people to work with.

If you want movers who are affordable, fast, trustworthy, and treat your stuff like it’s their own, Heroic Movers is the way to go. Don’t even stress, just book them. You’ll be glad you did.

Heroic Movers were fast, efficient and quoted time and price accurately. They even did a quick fix on something on one of my dressers that was broken by a previous moving company. I cannot say enough good things about this company. This past year was a whirlwind—I had to move out of my home, relocate to temporary housing after a major flood, move back once repairs were done, and then a few months later, move out of state. (Yes, all of that happened in just one year!) Through every step, Heroic Movers was there for me.

Because of all these moves, I had the chance to work with what felt like half of their team, and every single one of them was excellent. They consistently went above and beyond, treating me and my belongings with the utmost care. The movers were always respectful, kind, and trustworthy. As a single woman, I can’t express enough how much peace of mind that gave me—they truly looked out for me like family.

When I reached out to John he was clear in his questions to determine my needs and up front with what I could expect from his team regarding truck size, materials available, and service level I should expect. The day of the move the team consisted of 2 guys for my studio apartment. It has a narrow set of stairs, a short landing, and exterior doors are awkward to move furniture through. The team made quick work of my furniture and bins. I have heavy, larger furniture, and they were truly pros at handling the move out. I was amazed at how quickly they got my apartment emptied. Once at my new place same move with purpose action in getting all my items into their respective places to make the move complete. They had all moving materials prepared for my furniture in the event I needed additional shrink wrap or moving blankets to secure my stuff. They were respectful and professional. The prices were fair and aligned to other professional moving companies. Their experience genuinely made this move stress free for me. When I move again I will definitely reach out to them. Thank you heroic movers for making this move as easy and stress free as possible !
