Walid & Jeremiah were very extremely professional & efficient! They made sure to move things safe, fast & were very friendly!Smart Move did have to push my date out by a day & I would have appreciated that being informed before time. But they did make it up with a 10% discount - So all is fair! Would use them again!
We were really grateful that the movers Johnny, Manny and Brandon were able to get to us in such a short notice and after working another job before us! Johnny was very professional, kind and he worked quickly! Manny was great, funny and worked hard and Brandon was more on the quiet side but he worked hard too! All three did great!We didn’t get to move during the time we wanted to due to a crew not being available because of a family emergency and it was a bit rough to move late in the afternoon. However nonetheless we are thankful that Smart Move and Moving did provide us extra help and discounted the service due to inconvenience, thank you so much!
DO NOT be fooled by this company’s rating. My sister and i chose this place because of the ratings. It was terrible, not only did the two movers forget their drill but they sexualized and were terrible to me and my friend. They took advantage of our kindness. Not only that but they broke and damaged my TV completely and offered $15 claim to fix a 55 in TV bc they charge .60 per cents per pound. The owner was rude and so unapologetic when I called him after his workers left all of their trash and boxes in my apartment because they were upset I went to their boss. This was the most unprofessional unpleasant company I’ve ever come across. They took a week to tell me they’re only sending me $15 for a TV. They moved and built 3 items and charged me $1000 because the men took 7 hours building things that the average person could! This company is seriously really terrible and I suggest using 1-800 JUNK in Tempe/ phoenix. They’re time efficient & beyond respectful. This place is beyond a nightmare save your money & sanity !
