Back in July, my mom hired this company to handle her move. Everything was set up for a smooth process — the date was secured, a $100 deposit was paid to hold it, and the company confirmed the time the day before. Sounds good, right? Unfortunately, it was anything but.

The movers never showed up at the scheduled time. After countless calls, my mom finally reached someone hours later who claimed the team was delayed due to “vehicle issues” but was on the way. She waited again — and still, no one ever came. More time passed, more calls went unanswered, and eventually, the same representative admitted that no one would be coming at all.

An entire day was wasted rearranging plans and waiting on movers who never arrived or even called. The representative apologized and promised to refund the $100 deposit for the move that never happened.

Fast forward four months — still no refund. Repeated calls and voicemails have gone unanswered. At this point, it’s not even about the money — it’s about accountability and professionalism, both of which were completely missing from this experience.

All of Texas moving worked with me to itemize everything I had to move. This allowed me to have an upfront price that wasn't dependent on how long the move took. Three men showed up on time and moved my entire 3bed/2bath house in under 3 hours. This included moving and loading the truck at the first location and fully unloading at the new place. I had just installed new flooring in the new house and they took the utmost care to ensure that they did not scratch or damage the floors. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in Central Texas and I will be using them again the next time I move.

My first time using them was great. They were quick and did such an amazing job. So, when I called them this time to move again I was expecting the same service. DEFINITELY WASN'T!!! They were moving extremely slow and I felt like they were milking the clock. After 3 1/2 hrs they still hadn’t gotten everything in a 2 bedroom apartment. I told them let’s just go and start moving into the other place b/c I can’t afford much more time. They took another 3 hrs to unload and kept coming in asking for water and then pouring it on themselves outside and just sitting down. I called to talk to the manager about the service, took 3 days for her to call me back. They only gave me a discount of 150 on a 1000 bill and I still had to go and move stuff myself. Will never be using them again !!!!!!!

I've used AOT Moving several times for both residential and for business purposes. Overall, their services are above average. Despite a glitch in my last experience on the part of their internal administration, my last move was a success. I've found the actual movers to be quite dependable and hard-working. I've noticed that the movers are willing to go the extra mile, even when I've asked for small tasks to be done while moving.

I would certainly recommend All of Texas Moving to family and friends. Just be sure to seal the deal with a credit card deposit to ensure your appointment isn't bumped off their schedule without any fair warning. You can depend on their moving crew to get the job done professionally, carefully, and expeditiously. Their pricing is fair, and administration even worked to reduce my costs on a couple of occasions when it merited it. I don't mind tipping the moving crew every time because they certainly earn it.

TL;DR: We watched them drop furniture, they sent a furniture repairman who worked for less than an hour and left the furniture in bad shape. Do not recommend!

Photos of the repairs are now attached showing the dyed bondo used to fix the gouges caused by the furniture falling off the truck and that the top of the table is not centered AFTER repair.

We used AOT to move furniture and boxes into a storage unit then into a new home a month later. Aside from the damage to a bed side table we watched fall off the back of the truck, I cannot say for certain when the damage occurred.

We reported the damage to Beverly who scheduled a furniture repairman for the next week. He may be "the best in the business", but it would be impossible for anyone to spend less than 60 minutes repairing dropped furniture to an acceptable condition.

When we reported back that the repairs were not acceptable, we were told they were sorry we thought so, the repairman is "the absolute best in Central Texas," and he reported back that some of the damage was older. This is not the response you would expect from a respectful communication that the damage was not repaired to our satisfaction.
