Best movers ever! James and Sedryk were very professional. They were quick, and handled our stuff with care. Nothing was damaged. Came in under time by 3 minutes ever with setti g things back up. I can recommend that enough!
I am very grateful to AME movers for their excellent service! On 4/25/25, they helped me move my entire home into a storage unit. Everyone I spoke with, Ashley, Adrianne. Jeff, James and Anthony were kind, courteous and patient with me. I spoke to 3 movers and Jeff with AME was the only one that did not terrify me regarding the move and helped me to feel reassured that my move was in good hands. Especially, when AME recieved a not so favorable review. Everyone answered all my questions and still very patient. James and Anthony was my moving team and they were amazing from beginning to end. They listened to what my concerns were and exceeded expectations. I thought they were a moving team for a long time, turns out it was Anthony's first day! Worst moving experience ever. My husband is in the army and we have moved to 4 different states at this point and have used a ton of moving companies in the process. This one is BY FAR the worst. Not only did the two movers who came mishandle our stuff but they also damaged items in the process. Not to mention we were scheduled to move at 9 and they showed up with the wrong truck which pushed mine and my husbands schedule back by 2 hours. We never received an apology just a “ohh yeah I see it in the notes”. This should have been the point when we turned them away as it goes on to show their character throughout this whole process. They completely broke my $500 headboard and dented my mini fridge from the moving dolly because of negligence. At first Jeff was very nice and said he would work on it and get back with us. He was supposed to come and inspect the damage however he never showed up even after my husband took off work for it. My husband has reached out to Jeff multiple times and has not heard anything back. We did submit a claim and I understand it is a 90 day waiting period however when Jeff said he would get back to my husband and never did, that’s an issue. The customer service is awful and I would never recommend them to anyone. At this point I just want to be reimbursed for my headboard and mini fridge or even a quick call to say they are working on it.
AME crew moved us from Salado to McKinney. They gave us excellent service for more than reasonable cost of the move. The crew was punctual, respectful of our property and great communicators. They all kept an upbeat attitude and listened to any questions we had. When we put 3/4 of our personal belongings in storage they did it with the upmost care. The storage unit was so neat and tidy I almost broke down in tears. Never had I seen storage done in a more organized and clean manner!! Kudos guys!! Excellent crews for both days:D You all put any other movers to shame is all we can say!! Thank you again Jeff and your company of an amazing experience!!
We hired AME to unload our UPack trailer and they were so wonderful! They called ahead to say they were on the way, they were a little early, they laid down mats where they would be walking, they had specialized harnesses for heavy lifting, and their own tool bag. James and Ryan were especially polite, knowledgeable and put our furniture together without issue. I would recommend this company to anyone considering.
