Six moving was great! Moh, Shah, and Umut were super helpful with everything and made moving so smooth! Super quick packers and pro stackers in the truck! Would definitely recommend and use them again :)
Absolutely amazing service. We had Nikita and Nadeem were my movers and they were amazing! They came in the morning, wrapped all my valuables in bubble wrap/blankets and effectively loaded them to the truck.Moving in also they were really efficient and handled all my belongings delicately. Everything arrived intact. They were really professional the entire time and I really appreciate their efforts. Will definitely book them again!
I cannot say enough good things about Six Moving! From start to finish, the experience was smooth, professional, and completely stress-free. I had to arrange for a last minute mini move and they got back to me right away. The team showed up right on time, was incredibly friendly, and handled my furniture with care and respect. Reno: Move out, store, move back. >> Easy to quote, book and pay up front. Added storage requirements and accommodated. Pickup was great. Everything packed and moved out well. Phone staff very friendly. Delivery not so great. Team friendly up front and protected the house. Would not own up to damage clearly not specified at pickup on a dresser. Blamed each other then original crew. Did not own up to it. Did not remove heavy dresser drawers and placed it down on newly finished stair. They were dented/marked even through the rubber mat. Pushed for payment and I made the mistake of paying them. In addition, the driver broke a tree branch on the way out, looked at it, got in the truck and left a 15 foot branch for me to clean up. Followup from them delayed now a month. I have painted the dresser myself and had my contractor touch up the stair stain. Saving a few minutes not taking 2 trips meant hundreds of dollars of damage and a dent that can't be fixed. Paperwork that clearly stated no damage on pickup and poor followup brings them from a 5 to a 3.Update: They offered 150 to cover painting dresser and having my contractor stain stair over the phone. Followed up twice. Been weeks and still not sent. Lowered to a 2.
This is my first time using Six Moving, and it will not be my last. I'm really impressed with their service and communication. I did a walkthrough over FaceTime with Zara, she gave me advice on how to prepare and what to expect on the day of the move, after we went over everything she provided me with a quote. The day of the move, it actually took a bit less time than estimated, and the team was genuinely amazing. They disassembled and reassembled my bed (which was worth it in itself), wrapped everything, and did a full set up at my new condo. I was a bit nervous with coordinating the time with my elevator reservations, but Zara guided me through everything and helped me feel really reassured. I'm so happy that I trusted them with this, it was 100% so worth it.
