Si ce n’était pas du chauffeur compréhensif, j’aurais mis une étoile… ils t’appellent plusieurs jours avant pour te céduler un vendredi entre 8 à 17h, te laissent attendre toute la journée sans nouvelles, puis arrivent le lundi matin sans préavis. Heureusement que j’étais en congé de maternité, sinon je l’aurais manqué.Edit: 2e livraison avec eux, tout a bien été! Le livreur est super gentil et tout est arrivé en ordre selon la date convenue.
If I could give zero stars, I would. The delivery driver called me at 1:30 PM from a blocked number to tell me my delivery was being made. I told him to leave the two pallets in front of the door. The driver chose to lie to his boss, saying I hadn't answered the call. As a result, the owner of Valois doesn't believe me and thinks I'm a liar. Then he asked me to prove the call by giving the driver's phone number, knowing full well that his driver calls from a private number. Personally, I wouldn't advise anyone to do business with this company; they deserve their three-star rating... The worst customer service I've ever experienced and absolutely no respect for their customers.
I would like to send a message for the Tanguay delivery that I received from 2 of your delivery men!!! Real congratulations!! 2 very respectful and professional men! A job worthy of real delivery men and movers and I recommend them to everyone. I was not able to post on your wall but I still had to let you know!!! Thank you????????????????
