On June 23rd, the movers broke my new refrigerator door. They were supposed to pay me for a new one as agreed with the company. Since then, I haven't heard from them. I sent them two emails and left two voicemails without a response. Pretty ordinary!
An employee parked at the back of my block (exactly where I park) for no reason on a Saturday night at 9pm. He was stuck in the mud all night and into the next day. Instead of calling a tow truck to get out, they completely demolished the place with huge holes (because they tried to get out numerous times, it's mud not snow!) and left trash. They waited until it froze to leave! How am I supposed to park with these huge holes that froze? I politely told them to fill the holes after getting the vehicle out and I could see one of the men or the owner take the message and put it in his pocket as he left the scene. Seriously, a bunch of idiots, it's impossible to believe that this is a real moving company. If they do this to people who haven't used their services, I can't even imagine how they treat the property of customers who signed a waiver removing them from any liability. Total lack of respect for other people's property, don't do business with them.
The team had two inexperienced, unsupervised members… a few holes to repair in the walls… a near miss hanging a picture that was still on the wall and normally out of reach… damaged furniture (see photo)… a pot joint lit in front of the house as soon as the last piece of furniture was unloaded, and the trailer door wasn't even closed!I accept a lot in life, but not having my calls and texts returned to try and find a solution is unacceptable!!!Nothing like the 2021 experience.Stéphane Boisvert
We moved on Saturday, February 4, 2023 at -30 degrees. The temperature felt like -49 degrees. The movers were super nice, polite, and respectful. The furniture was all well wrapped and there were no problems during the move. I recommend your team without hesitation! Thank you.
