This was the third time I’ve used Two men and a truck and I’ve been happy every time. The crew I had this time was exceptional. They were so professional and nice and went above and beyond to make the move go smoothly. It took way longer than they expected do to the apartments elevator service but they were very patient.
Had such a Great experience, the crew did a great job! Harvey and Ward were amazing. Would highly recommend this company. Very professional. Haley the operations manger came out as well and she was wonderful as well and super professional.
Micah and Ross were amazing. They taught through the bitter cold temperatures. Their customer service was stellar. Even reception was wonderful.10/10
We had a great experience with Two Men and a Truck. The team arrived right on time, handled our furniture with care, and packed everything very neatly and professionally. The whole move was completed in about 4 hours, exactly as expected. Everything went smoothly and stress-free. We are very satisfied and would definitely recommend them!
i used two men and truck a year ago and would have given that move a 5 star review! this time around, they sent out a 'leader' who seemed high and unable to function. the move took 2-3x longer than a year prior and because he couldn't figure out how to load my stuff properly, took two trips! even tho a year before, w same stuff, same truck size, made it in one trip and 5 hours. the trip in march '25 also successfully moved my full box springs up to the 2nd floor. this move, i was told there was no way to get the same full box springs down the same set of stairs. the box springs are still up there!! i just had to buy a new set of box springs! what a waste of my time (for which i was never apologized) and $$$. that said, the men who worked under the leader were all very capable and hard working, when given a task. they spent much of the time hanging out and talking w me because the "leader" was not directing them! WASTE WASTE WASTE. Please hire competent sober people. do not send someone incapacitated/unfunctioning. they had to send a 4th guy out midway through the move! and it STILL Took 8+ hours to move my stuff two miles. very disappointed/annoyed/unsatisfied.
