Reading the estimate details and discussing potential extras ahead of time is a common recommendation from reviewers.
**DO NOT USE**This is an absolute terrible company to work with. Their pre-job quote is COMPLETLEY different from the price they charge you before they unload their truck. That’s right, they hold all of your belongings hostage until you pay the complete job. I can see why they do this. The final bill is WAY higher than the quote. They charge you 15 fuel charge. My job this “fuel bill was just a little less than 300 DOLLARS! They moved my items 1 mile. 300 bucks could fill up their truck multiple times, it’s only a 26’ truck. This is just a way to scam you. They also did NOT send the crew with all the supplies they needed. They brought 1 roll of tape. Luckily, I had bought a 6 pack of tape so they could complete the job. Keeping that in mind, they hit me with ANOTHER $275-ish dollars for supplies! SCAM! Once they finished unloading, they finished 30 mins early. So, they owed me a credit of 103 bucks. This happened on 2/28/2026, as of today, 03/03/2026, they have NOT refunded me the money. Trying to get ahold of them to ask why, NO ONE ANSWERING THE PHONE! The crew they sent were great guys, however, the main company is extremely dishonest! I’m also going to file a BBB complaint on them as well. Please learn from my experience, take your business and money somewhere else. Don’t use them!
David Goss and Ricco were professional, timely, courteous and a pleasure to work with. They moved our 84 year old uncle into his new apartment and they were extremely patient and understanding. Thank you so much for your abilities.
Ramon’s. Json Ethan Did a great great job wrapping blankets wrap carrying loading the truck, unloading the truck setting the new place up, phenomenal phenomenal people. They were very, very helpful and very compassionate for a kind. They were fun to talk to. They really enjoyed their job and they didn’t win above and beyond and over to help this senior very pleased. I would recommend them 1000 times over for any move. These team is amazing done absolutely great. They deserve raises. I promise you that they busted their tails today and I’m sure by the way they were conducting themselves. They do it every day very very great team they should be together always.
They showed up on time to move my 100-year-old 500 lb piano they were very gentle with it which I really appreciated. They had a very difficult time but they were great about it and handled if professionally. Getting it from one room and into a narrow doorway in another room. It never left the property but moved just from one room to another. Their prices were good, they were very nice young men, David Goss and William Wilson. I would use them again anytime.
Firstly I would like to preface this with the Denton crew that unloaded us was fabulous. This review is explicitly about the Tulsa movers that is completely awful, all the way around. We had a house full of expensive, heavy wood antique furniture. They dropped the back console to the bed pictured, which comes apart to make moving it manageable. They scratched my beautiful Bearnhardt table, which will have to be completely refinished now, will be time consuming and very likely expensive. I truly do not know how to go about this, if I should file an insurance claim or what. I am beyond unimpressed with the Tulsa contingent. Luckily the Henredon campaign curio cabinet made it without getting broken and the Bearnhardt china cabinet survived unharmed but they ripped my husband's desk up real good, tore out supporting hardware not pictured. I absolutely would never recommend using the Tulsa branch of this company. I am glad I decided to move the antique mirrors separately because holy guacamole this people were completely incompetent
