I had the pleasure of Julian and Tyreik move my apartment to a storage unit today. They were friendly, fast and took great care with moving my furniture and grandfather clock. As a leasing agent, I’ve always recommended Bigger Better Movers to my residents and the feedback has always been great. But this time it was my turn—I was moving over an hour away and into a third-floor apartment.
From the very beginning, the process was effortless. I reached out about a month before my move, and within 5 minutes I had a quote (super affordable), a scheduled time, and the number of movers who would be helping me.
Before move-in day, I got my arrival window so I knew exactly when they’d be coming. On the big day, they called me 30 minutes before arrival and even kept me updated during their drive to my new home. It was blazing hot outside, and they had to carry so many of my clothes and shoes up to the third floor—yet not a single complaint. They stayed professional, kind, and respectful the entire time.
Afterwards, the owner Daniel even followed up personally to make sure everything went smoothly and that I was satisfied. Honestly, this was the easiest move I’ve ever had, and I’ll be using them for every move in the future.
