Unfortunately I did not have a pleasant experience with Mr. T’s, even though I probably had the easiest job of their careers. From the beginning, Mr. T was not clear on the pricing. He did not mention the 2 hour minimum, the $75 trip charge, or the 3% credit card charge when I booked them. On top of that, 2 of my headboard brackets got lost during transit. One of the movers, Neil, said there was nothing on the headboard when he moved it, however I’m looking at the headboard right now and there’s 1 bracket on there and 1 missing. This is a cheap replacement, which you think wouldn’t be a problem considering I paid close to $500 for a job that took them less than an hour to complete, but they were combative and argumentative about it. I had high hopes considering they’re one of the most known moving companies in Tyler but unfortunately I was let down.
MR T's is awesome. We needed a washer and dryer and assorted other items moved on short notice and Carlos made it happen. Neal was the crew boss and he and his 3 crew members did great work. Highly recomended!!
Neal and his team Adrian, Mr.Marvin, Mr. JR. and Mr. Fred did an excellent job. They were respectful and took care of things. I will recommend ya'll to anyone. They moved our stuff in a timely manner. Great people! Thank you Mr. T for doing this move for us last minute! God Bless ya'll!
Overall services were good and they wrapped all of our stuff to protect it from scratches and damages. The only issue I have is that new neighbors reported that when they were trying back in they hit the brick mail box causing damages to the bottom of it. I don’t know if they noticed it or just played it off as if it didn’t happen but now as new tenants we are left paying for these damages and we should have gotten a discount, from them, for what they did. Not good services if they knew and didn’t say anything but made sure they got all of their money.
RAVE: Mr. T’s Moving & Hauling. We hired a 5 man crew today to help us move from a 4 bed/2 bath, 2,000sq ft home to a small town home. They broke down beds, protected all of our furniture. Brought it all in, set it all up just the way we wanted. They worked well together, communicated along the way. It was an easy process. We appreciated them and their hard work.
