One of the managers, Manny was absolutely amazing! I thought I had made a reservation for a one way truck online, and the day I needed a reservation I found out it didn’t go through. Naturally I was stressing due to it being the day of my move, but when I called, Manny was so kind. He called around to accommodate me (I needed a relatively large truck so it was not an easy task on his end) and we even talked about my move for a bit. He was able to get me a truck an even better truck just hour later than what my reservation was! He was kept my move from being a total fail. Thank you Manny!

The young man assisting us walked us to the trailer we rented, hooked it up for us, and made sure all was in working order before we went on our way. Upon our return, another worker detached the trailer for us and we were out of there in minutes. A well run business with kind, professional workers. Bravo!

Upon picking up the truck rental I observed a homeless man getting out of the back of one of the parked uhauls with all his stuff and then went about his business like nothing.. when I dropped off the truck before the business opened the next morning he was walking around the parking lot and around the drop off a spot. A little creepy honestly..
