I called the number online and was setup with an appointment. The estimation process was easy. We walked around with the person that came out and just told him if there was anything not going. He was also able to give us a price for a vehicle transfer. He did everything on a tablet, so he was able to tell us the price before he left. He also when over the items that we could not be packed. We had the moving team come in and pack us. They were fast and efficient. They finished packing 2300 sqft in 1 day. Everything was well wrapped and boxed up. The day of the move they arrived at 7:00am and had everything packed up by 3:30 PM. They also had to do it all in the rain. Everything got delivered the same week. Nothing that has been unpacked has been broken. They were professional and very nice. I would use Allied again for a move and would recommend them.

The move was good. Unfortunately communication is very difficult. Hard to get informations. I'm still waiting for my bill and it's been 3 weeks since they picked up my things

The initial consult and the actual movers were excellent and I would give them 5 stars for their prompt service and effective communication. The quote was far under the competition and we ended up being under the quote. The communication with the company was frustrating otherwise. I am still waiting for a refund.
