I have moved several times in the last few years and, by far, Hugo’s Moving was the best in every way. They were prompt, moved everything with care, especially my piano, and Nathan, Spencer & Arnold were very courteous.
So I resonantly moved to a new place in BC and I had Hugo’s moving. Not only hey called in reinforcements to help me move my stuff but they were also kind and supportive. Then I first said hi they greeted me in a friendly manner. 5 stars would recommend and I also bought everyone pizza and we had a nice pizza lunch break!
Hugo’s moving was a pleasure to deal with starting with Amanda on the phone to the actual crew consisting of Nathan, Cameron and Spencer. They were very careful and respectful of our premises and worked quickly and efficiently. We appreciated the fact they protected the floors and walls with covers( never seen anyone put up blankets on the corners of walls before). They were very personable and we appreciated their sense of humor. I would definitely recommend Hugo’s moving and will use them again when we eventually buy a new place.We have moved a few times and they are definitely the best we have used.
On October 3rd we hired Hugo's Moving in Vernon to move our parents into a seniors lodge in Vernon, and to transport all surplus furniture and household items into storage for Vernon & District Association for Community Living.We were so impressed. Amanda, Hugo's booking agent, was so professional, proficient and personable. Cameron and Nathan were assigned to complete the move. They arrived right on time and were diligent in every aspect of the move. All furnishings were wrapped in moving blankets and securely stored on their truck. They were so polite and efficient. We were so impressed with how hard they worked and how patient they were as we sorted items to go to our parents' new home, to charity, and to the dump.We highly recommend Hugo's moving if you want a professional, hassle-free and cost effective move.
