The three movers were excellent however my one star rating is based on the fact that I was not informed either verbally or in writing that I would be charged the full moving rate of $209/hour for their travel time. I attempted to resolve this with Jonathan stating I would be willing to pay travel time but definitely not at their full moving rate. I have yet to receive a reply and my credit card was charged the entire amount. I am currently in contact with Visa to resolve this. I would not recommend this company based on their lack of communication especially when it involves hundreds of dollars.

Diego, Sidhu, and Jason were amazing and got the job done efficiently and were so careful with all of my items! I was impressed with their professionalism and they were polite and accommodating. The truck was spotless and their timing was great, thanks guys for making our move stress free and a pleasant experience. I’d highly recommend these three!
Used for a mid month move from Kelowna to Vernon. Easy to book. Movers showed up on time and ready to work. Move was fast, smooth and efficient. Both loading and unloading. All items delivered safely without damage. Drivers were friendly and courteous. Price was very reasonable.10/10 would recommend.
