I can't say enough great things about this company. They were extremely professional and went above and beyond my expectations. Honestly if I could give them 10 stars I would have no hesitations. I will absolutely tell everyone how amazing this company is. From the owner to the reception to the actual movers. They even called me 2 days after my move to see how I was enjoying my new place.
BC Moving & Storage was the white glove movers who noticed damage to my custom leather sectional when they were putting it together. Gabriel Ross contacted the supplier and six months later they sent a replacement arm piece. With no instructions, the BC Moving & Storage team was able to dis-assemble and reattach the damaged arm. A big kudos to them to figure out how to repair and replace the sectional piece.They did a fantastic job and my piece is in pristine condition.
AMAZING EXPERIENCE:BC Moving & Storage Ltd was highly recommended by a friend who had just used them a few weeks earlier. We had gotten a few estimates. Cindy the manager, was the only company who came out to the house to do an estimate. Others do video estimates. They gave me a price range & stayed within it. There was an immediate personal connection with Cindy the manager. Likewise with Michelle who takes the calls. She was delightful & full of tips. Both were very caring, curteous & friendly. The movers worked swiftly, smoothly & seamlessly. They knew what they were doing & didn't really need to ask me much. They took things apart & put them all together. They moved a VERY heavy foam mattress. Cindy came by to help with it & stayed to unload at the other end. No one got cranky & I was stress free because of their humour amidst each other & how they worked as a team. I couldn't have asked for a better crew: Jason, Ryan, Remi & Cindy. Thank you!
