Ecoway Movers

Adrian and Osman did an excellent job during our move with Ecoway Movers in Victoria. They managed to move large furniture pieces through tight thirty inch spaces without any problems. Watching them handle those difficult areas really showed their skill and experience. If I had tried doing it myself with friends we probably would have ended up with scratched walls and sore hands. Instead everything was handled carefully and professionally. They moved both the large items and fragile belongings safely. I have used Ecoway Movers several times now and every experience has been reliable and professional.

Ecoway Movers made my household move so simple. Lucas and Oliver handled everything with Professional Handling. Dennis made scheduling easy and stress-free. Their Quality Packing Service and safe loading ensured nothing was damaged. A very smooth and Affordable Moving Company experience.

I honestly wish I could give Ecoway Movers a 10 star rating. Our experience in Victoria near Oak Bay was outstanding from beginning to end. From the first call, the customer service was exceptional. We had to move out of our house within a week and were completely unprepared. Despite the short timeline, they were incredibly accommodating and managed to fit us into the schedule. Every question was answered patiently and calls were returned quickly. That level of responsiveness made a stressful situation feel manageable. On moving day, the crew arrived right on time. They were friendly but focused, and handled everything professionally. Some items needed to go into the garage, others onto the truck, and then into the new house. They handled all of it smoothly. They even finished about two hours under the estimated time, which was a pleasant surprise.A month later, we called them again for the final move. Once again, even with short notice, they made it work. The second crew was just as punctual and professional. They moved items from the garage into our home and also carried furniture up to the second level apartment for my son without any issues. The level of service we received both times was consistent and impressive. Fair pricing, great communication, and professional crews. We will absolutely use Ecoway Movers again and confidently recommend them to anyone planning a move.

Fast, courteous, and genuinely professional that was my experience with Ecoway Movers. We had just pulled old carpeting out of our home in Victoria, near James Bay, and needed it removed quickly. After a few unsuccessful calls to other companies, I reached out to Ecoway Movers. The response was immediate and reassuring. They confirmed availability right away and arrived exactly when they said they would. As soon as they pulled into the driveway, the movers were polite and approachable. Each one greeted me, which felt surprisingly refreshing. No delays, no confusion they got straight to work. The rolled carpet and padding were handled efficiently and loaded up much faster than I expected. Before leaving, they took a moment to explain the disposal process and made sure everything was clear. The interaction felt respectful and professional from start to finish.Simple job, but excellent service. I’d confidently recommend Ecoway Movers for hauling or moving needs.

Huge thanks to Ecoway Movers for handling our long distance house move. This was a completely new experience for us and honestly a stressful one at first. The movers Victor, Reggie, Robert, Eduardo, Crispin, and Jeremy made the whole process feel much lighter the moment they got started. They were professional, reassuring, and very easy to work with.Since our new place was a couple of hours away, our belongings had to stay overnight before final delivery. That part worried me initially, but everything was explained clearly and I felt comfortable knowing the items were secured properly. Nothing was missing, nothing damaged, everything arrived exactly as expected. The movers worked incredibly hard both days and kept a great attitude throughout. We had meals ready for them and were happy to tip because the effort was very noticeable. For anyone needing a reliable and affordable moving company for a house relocation, Ecoway Movers is definetely a great choice. Very positive experience for us.
