I had an absolutely amazing experience with this moving company. I did a long distance move from virginia to california. I am a female live alone. I had a lot of stuff. It was my first time doing a long distance move by myself. Dana went above and beyond spent appropriate time explaining things. I felt very comfortable with her. Which was very reassuring. She was transparent. I went back and forth but I finally booked with them. Move in coordinator Donna was also very responsive. My stuff landed safely. Any concerns I had was addressed. Movers were very professional and excellent. Worked promptly and finished fast. I defintely recommend them!
I used this company twice. They moved me into a storage unit and then from storage to my new house. I can’t say enough good things about them. My closing shifted by a day and a half and they were able to accommodate the change. I was able to get free boxes and paper for packing. I had the same crew both moves and they were very professional and very careful moving big pieces of furniture. I would definitely recommend them.
We had them for our final PCS move, let me just say they're horrible. One of the packers was rude to us the entire time, we discovered several of our items were broken due to poor packing. My husband's first fathers day gift was a hand painted canvas from his mother. It was thrown into a box with a table where it was crushed. No paper, no care, nothing, just shoved into a cardboard box. They ended up delivering our stuff late, and waited over a week for delivery. Despite us having a newborn and practically begging them to deliver it asap, since we were only moving a few hours away. Once we unpack everything and make a list of all the broken items we'll be filing a claim for it. This is ridiculous, I understand things get broken in a move, it happens but when they just throw things into a box without a care it's unacceptable. Horrible people and company.Update: wanted to add this is how they packed our bathroom. Everything thrown into a box, there are liquids in here. Open medicine bottles that shouldn't have been packed. Open bottles of perfume. A few pieces of my jewelry are also just tossed in here underneath everything. Once again no care, no thought, just thrown in a box.
Completely broke all of my husband's gaming stuff. Repackaged atleast 7 boxes. Broke two monitors a laptop my grandmother's table that's been passed down in my family. Driver was rude they were 4 days and 2 an half hours late. Never ever recommend this place. They have caused atleast $5000 in damages. Unprofessional disrespectful and rude.
We hired Brooks Transfer and Moving for our most recent move. They sent out 3 great packers -April, Sean and Jeff. Five hours later they had packed up the rest of our home that we didn't have enough time to complete and saved us days of packing. Loading day we had four most excellent guys load the trucks. Andrew, Thomas, Johnny and De worked very hard to get our two story home loaded over two days with double staircases. The following day the guys unloaded the trucks at our new home. They worked efficiently with another day of multiple trips up and down another staircase. We definitely had a very good experience from the day of the survey to estimate the weight and cost to speaking with Selena multiple times to make sure everything was working smoothly and times packers were arriving and drivers with guys to load. This was by far one of the best moves we've had in multiple moves we have made over the past 30 years. Would not hesitate asking for the same teams we worked with again.
