Excellent company and movers. Moved me from sour lake Texas to Waco Texas. Customer service was top notch. I highly recommend.
I would give a half of a star but it wouldn't let me. This moving company is despicable, and we're a little more than halfway through unpacking our things. So many things that were broken. From antique plates/vases(that have been in the family for 5 generations) and handmade items like an 8 foot quilt holder my grandpa(who passed 5 years ago)made, to broken shelves and busted up boxes(with my mother's wedding dress in it) and boxes missing lids and items. I had to take a break from unpacking to write this review because of how sickened I am as well as my mother. They charged around $9000-$10,000 for the total move. This dollar amount blew my mind. All they did was move stuff. We packed everything and they broke and mishandled so many things. I'll submit a final review on this moving company when we've finished going through the mayhem. As of right now, I would suggest ANY other moving company, other than the Guerra brothers. If anything, they need to reimburse my mother for at least half of the outrageous amount of money she paid them. This was the worst moving job that I've ever seen or known about.
I have used this company several times in the past and have always been satisfied… but my recent and definitely last experience was pretty ridiculous… the company sent two guys that took 5 hours to move a two bedroom without any couches and the ending price was definitely uncalled for… they were slowly taking their time very poor time management as if it were done purposely not sure if they were beginners but sure seemed to need someone to supervise them and their time… I have had way more items and bigger space moved in the 2 hour minimum time frame 3 hours would have even been acceptable but 5 hours at $875 was quite ridiculous and unreasonable
What an awesome company. Extremely flexible with a multiple day move on short notice. Friendly, fast, efficient, and not a single damaged item. I would highly recommend them if you need a quality mover!
I have used them twice now and everything was great. They were very patient, professional, nice, and moved quickly. The second time they moved a lot of antique heavy furniture that I was concerned about having to move but it all worked out great. Fair price for Waco moving company.
