Great experience! Ken and Justin moved an 85" TV from the repair shop to my house. They were there at the appointed time, secured it and brought it home. They even hung it back on the wall for me and made sure it worked before leaving. Will definitely use them again if I need something moved or I decide to relocate.

The packers were not properly trained and broke many items. Many boxes were unlabeled and were left in areas they didn’t belong. They also broke my king sized bed frame when attempting to disassemble it and I had to buy a new bed frame which took a few days. I didn’t even report the broken bed frame to Jose Hernandez the manager. They admitted that they overcharged me for the move and packing and promised to reimburse me for the overcharge and would reimburse me for the damaged items but after 2 weeks they have not reimbursed me for the overcharge or reimbursed me for damages. They stopped responding to me so I have no updates. I would never use them again and don’t recommend them to anyone. I am uploading a few pictures of damaged items. I didn’t take pictures of everything damaged.

I worked with this company almost 8 months. They moved my things, stored them securely in their storage units and communicated with me monthly about auto pay and estimated time of storage.... Because it dragged out 5 months too long. Amber always called me back and was so helpful and sweet. I could say so many nice things about her. When the movers arrived, they had to navigate some tricky areas 16 hours away, but they made great time and everything was in the exact same condition I'd sent it off with. Kudos to those 2 guys! Great attitude, strong, and cautious. I would absolutely recommend this company, the extra money spent was well worth it!
