I had to get stuff moved as I was flying out of the area. No problem they said and carried items across the snow and got er done. Obviously not desirable and not something they can do everytime but I really appreciated the extra effort done with humor and professionalism. They took great care in wrapping furniture and making sure everything was safely packed into the truck at the old place, and they were patient and made sure furniture was placed where I wanted it when they got to the new place.
