TWO BROTHERS MOVING

I want to acknowledge and totally recommend Two Brothers Moving. It began with my initial call, it felt right and we knew we had the right local company. Every detail, every question was patiently answered and we knew they had everything under control from the very start to finish. Every person in the office has a job, the handoff to the next person was always smooth and with no stress. They all work together for their moving customer and our moving needs.
On moving day, the crew arrived on time ready to protect our house with their protective blue carpet and stairway protection. Our belongings were ready to moved to our new home with their packing instructions, every box labeled and ready to be moved. The “Blue-crew” wrapped all our furniture with care and everything was protected for the move. They had an inventory list, photos of our larger items and were totally prepared to tackle all of our boxed personal belongings and household of furniture. We basically stood back as the crew took care of everything with total efficiency. In just a short time, the moving truck was loaded with our belongings to go to our new home. Once we were at our new home, we basically stood in the entryway and the moving crew brought each individual box to the area in our home where it belonged. They stressed labeling each box being so important, so it would be placed in the area it belonged, to eventually be unpacked. Again, the moving crew handled each box with care and put each labeled box in the kitchen, bedrooms, family room, attic, storage area or garage. The furniture was brought to each room, unwrapped and placed in the exact location we asked. They even assembled our Tempurpedic beds. I have to say, I thought I packed with care, tried to pack the boxes not too heavy, but some of them were a bit heavy and the crew handled them with ease always with a smile. They continually asked how we were doing because they knew we were moving from our first home with 44 years of memories. They cannot be acknowledged enough and I mention each of them individually for their efficiency, kindness, love of their job and love for their company: Tyrese, Maurice, Bill, Isaiah, Sean, and James you are all rock stars and Two Brothers Moving are the absolute best at what they do.

Two Brothers were a great company to deal with. Jeff, my contact, was extremely efficient & professional. I sent them pictures of what I needed to move to my new home & they gave me s price range just because of unknown issues. After the move, I received my bill which was within the estimate & not the max price. Nice surprise.
The 3 moving techs, Demetri, Ryan & Tyzhan were a great to deal with, friendly, conscientious, & since it was a day after our big February snow storm, they handled the narrow snow paths with ease.

I am late to write this review but even now I am still so happy I chose to use Two Brothers Moving to take care of my move. I had never used a mover before and my stress was compounded by the fact that I was moving in the winter and downsizing from a 3400 sq ft house (of 27 years) to a 2200 sq ft house. Quite honestly even though I had sold some items, I still had a lot of “stuff” to move (i.e. many large pieces of furniture, two full size refrigerators, a large chest freezer, a pool table, enough tools and lawn equipment to fill a hardware store, two very heavy/large gun safes and more boxes than I could count). On moving day, the team arrived on time, politely introduced themselves, walked around the house to get an idea of everything that needed to be moved and quickly got to work. I was very impressed on how fast they coordinated wrapping all the furniture so it would not get damaged and strategically placed all the furniture and boxed items into the trucks in a way to maximize the space. I really appreciated how they handled all my items which showed me they genuinely cared, which put my mind at ease. By the end of my move, I was very grateful how smoothly the job was completed and how lucky I was to use such a conscientious team of workers. I would highly recommend using this company for all your moving needs.

Our move was no small task—it was from a third-floor apartment with no elevator, plus junk removal, yet these guys handled it all with incredible speed, teamwork, and positive attitudes. Not once did they slow down or complain. They worked like a well-oiled machine while still being careful and respectful with our belongings. Even more impressive—they completed the entire move start to finish in just 4 hours, including moving and assembling existing furniture in our new home. Truly above and beyond.

Two Brothers handled our move from New London to Lisbon CT on Oct 31. The 4-person team was very friendly and efficient in packing (ncluding all kitchen appliances and glassware), dismantling the bed etc, and loading the truck. At the destination (a 2-story house) they very quickly managed the challenge of moving a bed, other furnishings, and wardrobe contents up a narrow chimney staircase, which was the only access path to the second floor. They quickly set up furnishings on the first floor and sorted 45+ Bankers Boxes that had been packed at the apt so they were placed in the appropriate locations. The entire move was completed in only a few hrs. The Two Brothers Moving team, from their scheduling and advisory assistance to their execution of the move to Lisbon, was very professional and collegial. Their pricing was very reasonsble, and I would not hesitate to use their services again. I can recommend them without reservation.
