Woman I worked with was excellent at pick up and drop off. She was professional, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Truck was spotless and I will definately recommend UHaul, Bank St, Waterbury to anyone! Don't change a thing.

Lady working there is horrible said i cant rent a truck with an out of state drivers license and said my drivers licensed was invalid when i checked the florida dmv it says my license is valid. Told me to get someone else to rent for me. I asked her to show me where it said my license wasnt valid she said no. And called the cops said i was trespassing. Profiling much? Horrible service and experience. If your not white prepare to not be helped i see on the reviews that the lady has a whole bunch of negative reviews so im not the first and she still there!!!!

Matthew was the only decent human there. Then to top it off, you rob me with a bogus 2-gallon fuel charge after I drove 12 miles and even put gas back in. Dishonest, predatory, and pathetic business practice.

Shay and Daniela are exceptional representatives who will work closely with you, demonstrating remarkable understanding and a commitment to ensuring the safety of your belongings. They treat every customer with a personal touch, akin to family. Their professionalism is unwavering, and they are always prepared to offer expert advice on cost-effective and time-efficient solutions. They are undoubtedly a valuable asset to this community. Having relocated both within and outside the state on multiple occasions, I have had the misfortune of using another company once, which proved to be a nightmare. Consequently, I have remained loyal to U-Haul. Recently, I retrieved my belongings after a year of storage, and I was pleased to find them in the same condition as when I initially stored them, with no signs of mold or rodent damage. The facilities were impeccably maintained, with climate-controlled storage units. The pricing is competitive, and I highly recommend their services. You won't require anything else. ??
