I came here to use their cross-dock service to unload and reload 6 regular pallets. They charged $350 for just 6 pallets, which is completely unreasonable.
If they’re charging this much for a small partial load, I can’t imagine what they’d charge for a full load of 25 pallets—probably $1,500 or more. There was nothing special or complicated about the job to justify this price.
This feels like price gouging, especially for basic cross-docking. Definitely not worth it, and I would not recommend this place unless you’re prepared for extremely inflated fees.

We have worked with Freddy and the AIM team for years. We recently had a disagreement where both sides were pretty frustrated, but Freddy called me and we were able to come up with an acceptable solution for both sides.

My company recently had a reefer trailer breakdown under a refrigerated load. I called multiple cross docking facilities to try and have this load taken off one refrigerated and put into another that I had in the area. Every place I called either refused to help or give me vague answers if they could do this or not. As soon as I called AIM Transportation Services I was immediately relieved knowing I found the right spot. Even though they were about to close, Maida worked after hours making sure my trailer was towed to their facility safely. Even the next day when replacement trailer was behind schedule, Maida, Freddy and their team remained in communication and went above and beyond to make sure transfer happened flawlessly. I cannot say enough great things about this facility and their employees. If I'm ever in Waterloo, IA, I owe them all a meal. Thank you AIM crew for getting my driver back on the road and going above and beyond to do so.
