From the very beginning, they were extremely professional, punctual, and reliable.I needed my belongings to be picked up, stored for a day, and then delivered to my new location. Everything was handled with the utmost care and without giving me any headache at all. The entire process was smooth and stress-free.Pickup and delivery were done exactly as promised — right on time. They kept their word, handled all items carefully, and made sure everything arrived safely and in perfect condition.It’s hard to find movers who are this dependable and efficient. We had a wonderful experience with Sukhpal and Gurpartap. They helped us with both moving and storing our belongings for a day. They truly made the first step toward our new home completely hassle-free. We really appreciate their professionalism and support. Highly recommended!
The 2 movers were nice, but for just couple of items (tv, tv stand, couch, 1 chair and 2 boxes, an already disassembled desk and a disassembled bed), from Guelph to Oakville, we were told it will cost around 500$ but ended up paying 1000$!!!! They came in late (30 minutes) started moving at 8:30, finished moving at 11:35. 3 hours as previously confirmed.. but 1000!!! We don’t get it and no invoice was sent!!!!!!! Will never use this service again! It was Dishonest !!? Update: To be fair, this situation happened in Guelph (but we are not sure if the company is also located in Guelph since we never physically visited the location ourselves and after looking it up on Google, it does not exist). However, we are still wondering why it took the drivers from 11:35 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. to arrive in Guelph. The distance between Oakville and Guelph isn’t that far, and weekend traffic in that direction is usually not heavy ( and we were of course charged for that).I do want to give an honest and balanced opinion about their customer service. The management team called us back and spent about 40 minutes explaining the situation to us. It was appreciated.However, despite their explanation, we are still very disappointed with the final amount charged. We do not find the service budget-friendly.After comparing prices with other moving companies, my advice to anyone planning a move would be to avoid hourly rate services, as the final cost can be unexpectedly high. Instead, consider choosing a flat-rate service, where any p rice variation (if it happens) is usually much smaller and more predictable.
I recently hired Macho Movers and I am extremely happy with their service. The team arrived right on time, handled everything very carefully, and there was absolutely no damage at all. The pricing was very fair and the deal they gave me was excellent.Special thanks to Karan and Sher — they both did an amazing job.
