The Waukesha team arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and handled all our belongings with great care and patience. What impressed us most was their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile to make the process stress-free. The movers themselves were polite and friendly. I was given an estimate for three guys one truck $3000 halfway through the move. They recommended for safety a second truck and two more guys, and I was reassured. This was not gonna cost me more money and then it would take less time. I have a 3300 square-foot house all they had to do was move the furniture out. I did all the packing of boxes. Somehow this turned into a 12 1/2 hour job and doubled in price. I would highly recommend calling several moving companies and look at all your options before going with this one. When I tried disputing the additional charges, they told me that somehow I must’ve had more furniture somewhere and that there was confusion on what stayed and what went. They were not willing to listen to anything I was saying they just want their bill paid, but they also wanted me to leave a good review for them so they were willing to do whatever it took to make me happy except honor the fact that I was told the second truck and 2 additional guys would not cost me any more money then the estimate because the job would get done a lot quicker.
My experience from the first call to the move was amazing with Badger Brothers Moving. Hannah was so nice and helpful in providing information and scheduling my move. Mike, Khalid and George were great with the actual move. They were fun and efficient. I would use this company again and recommend to anyone moving.
The whole process, start to finish, was wonderful! I went with Badger Brothers moving because of their glowing reviews. Hannah, the relocation specialist, was super friendly and bubbly! She was thorough when going through their services and giving me an estimate. She shared that their company does price match, which I thought was awesome, though we didn’t need or utilize their price match. Jarrod and Isiah, our movers, were friendly and took great care of our belongings during the move. When we got to our new home, they made sure to ask or read where each box was supposed to go, which made unpacked so much easier and stress free! I highly recommend going with Badger Brothers Moving company!
