The experience was pleasant and not stressful as I feared it may be with moving furniture. The two gentlemen (Miles and Brad) who delivered my furniture were not only responsible and respectful ,but also very pleasant, kind and exceedingly helpful. They are certainly a strong asset to the Company. I would highly recommend this Company based on the service I received that surpassed my expectations. I truly would hire them again especially if all their employees were as good as Miles and Brad. I know they drive a lot but they in every sense of the word went the “ Extra Mile”! Kal and AJ completed a delivery from Slumberland Furniture for us. The communication about the delivery date and time was seamless. Upon their arrival they introduced themselves and reviewed what was being delivered and removed. Everything went flawless and they even noted an issue with one of the items being delivered and reported it back to Slumberland, with pictures. Kal and AJ receive my “you done did good” award, thanks Gents!

Wyatt and Miles were amazing! Friendly, professional, and so considerate the entire time. They delivered and assembled my bed quickly and carefully, and somehow made it look easy.

They were respectful of my home, worked great as a team, and even made the experience enjoyable! I’d happily recommend them to anyone. I will definitely be using their services again!

Once Miles and Wyatt got on scene it was a blur of setup and placement. They came in and set down blankets for the floor and blankets on the doors to protect the item. They assessed where the couch was to go and set to it. Once setup they made sure all the plugs, USBs, and buttons functioned correctly. Also they extended the back of the couch all the way before placing it next to the wall, to ensure the back of the couch did not drag against the wall during regular operation.
These two gentlemen set the bar for professionalism, motivation, and attitude.
Due to the actions of Miles and Wyatt if ever given the chance I would choose this company over any other. Keep up the great work.

Prior to scheduling, Brett provided expert detailed-oriented information prior to my moving day in reference to the moving business in general, and data around what makes Elite Movers stand out for great! Brett was very transparent with no surprises and clear communication, explaining the process along with exceeding expectations around customer support and provided scheduling flexibility with No cancellation fees!

And from my first call connecting with Wyatt, with only an inquiry about the moving process in my area, he offered an expert explanation and then on top of that the breakdown of Elite Movers Co. versus other moving companies in the vast areas throughout Wisconsin they service. This initial conversation included critical questions customers should ask moving companies before committing, plus Elite Movers offers this information on their website to reference. It was nice that there wasn't a "salesman" type of pressured approach which I heard from other moving companies. From there, and per Elite Movers process, I then had the pleasure of getting connected with Brett, Dominic, and Trevor, spoken about here prior.
