This has been one of the worst and most stressful experiences ever.At first, a person named Oscar contacted us and gave us a much lower quote to move our belongings. Everything sounded professional and trustworthy. However, once we paid the first installment, everything changed. Suddenly, Oscar stopped communicating and a lady manager took over the case. From that point on, the experience became an absolute nightmare.The manager was extremely rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful in the way she communicated with us. On top of that, the company raised the price after taking our payment, which felt completely misleading and unfair.It has now been so many days, and our furniture and belongings are still not delivered. We are left waiting with no clear updates, no accountability, and absolutely terrible customer service. Calls are ignored, responses are inconsistent, and getting any real information has been nearly impossible.This is by far the worst service we have ever experienced. We trusted this company with our belongings and deeply regret it. I strongly suggest that no one ever trust this company, use their services, or waste their time, money, and energy dealing with them.** What started as a reasonable quote turned into a stressful, frustrating, and disappointing experience. Please think twice before choosing this company.
They did a bait and switch. Then, triple the price (14k) based off the original quote (4k) and what I had already placed a deposit for. Lost $1,553.00 in deposit. This company is scam. They are unprofessional. They will try and bait you to commit. Do not!
If you could leave zero stars, I would. My wife had a credit for $1200 and got quoted to move our stuff at $4300. Then when I got a quote they said $1500. For the SAME stuff. Once they found out she had a credit they raised her price. Once I tried to use the credit, they had to get back to me. I got it moved with College Hunks Moving. They charged me half the price. $700!!! This company is a scam company and they don't need to be open anymore. Shame on them. All my stuff is moved and I still haven't heard from them. Horrible business practice.
Do not use these people! These reviews are serious and I didn't take it seriously when booking them.First of all I paid 50 percent of the estimate, but was told the day of that was actually just a down payment to new start, then they had me pay 1000 more dollars to the actual movers and they will charge me another 1000 to deliver.The guys were nice but the cost of this company is genuinely insane. They just give you a low estimate just to get you to go with them and by the time they swindle you, there is absolutely nothing you can do because you're on a time crunch.
Do not ignore the reviews saying how difficult this company is to work with. Overpromised and underdelivered on every front. They also won’t contact you about pick up and delivery dates so you have to chase after them for answers. And then when you annoy them by calling a few times, they block you? Very strange customer experience, AVOID.
