We had a great experience while storing our stuff during a move. Allen provided excellent customer service and the facility was kept clean and clear of snow. When they had some difficulties with the gate, they communicated well with customers via email while they efficiently dealt with the issue. I woukd totally recommend Vaultra Storage.

Easy access to units with 24-hour storage access. I love the service I was provided, including monthly payment reminders and grace periods to pay.
