So I had good Greek moving and storage do my first move from South Florida to Wesley Chapel. They do a 25% surcharge on the total amount and don’t explain that to you as well as an additional hour of pay that goes to god knows where. They originally quoted me 2800 for the move then told me 4800 upon arrival at the destination. They refused to take anything off the truck until I paid. My dad and I were working as hard as the movers to get stuff unloaded so I wouldn’t be charged more. Upon calling Eric at Florida boys, the hourly rate was higher but there was no surcharge based on the total. He was upfront and honest about the fees. If you do the math for a big move, it’s cheaper to use Florida boys vs good Greek. Now on to the good part. The guys that showed up were rock star. The second they got there they started working. They were courteous and respectful. It almost felt like I knew these guys for years. I’ve been working in healthcare for almost 18 years and the professionalism they exuded was unmatched. At the end of the day I felt my stuff was safe and these guys were trustworthy. If you are doing a move in Wesley chapel use these guys. The math will work itself out because they lay it all out in-front of you. But more importantly they work hard and do a good job.
In May 2025, I hired Florida Boys Moving & Storage to do a full pack and move me from Wesley Chapel to Jacksonville. I chose this company after reading thru lots of reviews for different companies and feeling good about my conversation with Eric. My things were moved into a large storage unit since I was not moving into my new place until late Feb 2026.Well, here we are. My move took place two days ago and I am finding out that my belongings were packed horribly! The boxes were labeled incorrectly or not at all. One box labeled as 'garage' also had some of my very good jackets/sweaters which ended up being ruined by cleaning supplies that they were told not to pack.The crew was courteous and did arrive on time(1 star). However, I definitely regret using this company and would not recommend especially if you need packing services.
Jacob and Joseph arrived on time, and worked diligently and efficiently to help us finish packing our fragile items and move our furniture into storage in preparation for a renovation. They were polite, kind, friendly, and an all-around pleasure to work with. They took great care with our belongings, asked all the right questions about where we wanted things to go, and did all of the heavy lifting we could not do ourselves with ease and with efficiency. We have moved a few times in our lives and working with Jacob and Joseph was by far the most pleasant experience we've ever had. They never complained, never commented negatively about any of our belongings, and boy did they work fast! They respected our time and their own, and got everything done exactly as estimated. I give this company and these young men my highest recommendation. They are amazing and we will absolutely use them again for move-in when the renovation is completed.

First time for using this moving company. What a pleasure.my dealing with owner Erik was first rate. Price quote was reasonable. The young men, Jacob and Joseph were an absolute pleasure to work with. The arrived on time, loaded our furniture from the storage units and delivered it to our home. These young men were polite, careful with our furniture, wrapping it in plastic and blankets. They placed the furniture where it was supposed to go. Their movements were efficient. In short the knew what they were doing. We are thoroughly pleased with this company and in particular with Jacob and Joseph. Well done Florida Boys Moving Company.
