I hired Two men and a truck to move my belongings into my new condo. I had the pleasure of having 3 extremely hard working, helpful young men to do the job. It was in the 20’s temperature wise, and the wind was brutal, but they kept at it. Devonta, Sam and Tyler worked for 4+ hours and were friendly and respectful of my belongings. These guys are definitely an asset to the company. I know whatever they are getting paid is not enough! Without their hard work and sacrifice you wouldn’t have a company. They deserve a bonus for working on New Years Eve for a last minute request. Thank you guys for all your help!

Excellent job by the crew from the crew that moved us from Mason to Maineville. Two trucks, 5 movers. Jacobi, Devonta, Jacob, Brady, and Kevin were polite, efficient, fast!, and never stopped working until the job was done. This was a 9-hour move with lots of stairs. I appreciate their hard work. Fragile items were packed carefully, and as far as we can tell right now, nothing was damaged! Would definitely use again.The only disconnect occurred with any changes/updates past the initial item inventory and the trucks. I told no less than 3 different people from the office to send wardrobe boxes and the crew knew nothing about it (the request was not sent to them). Fortunately, the warehouse isn't far so someone could drive out the boxes I needed. The communication between the office and crew was the only weak link in the process, and that was fixable. :)
THE MOVE/TIME/PRICE: The Move - These guys were great! They had to do a move out & a move in with LOTS of boxes, including fragile what nots, plants, and a hospital bed. These fellas were very professional, polite and courteous. They worked steadily, had to do steps for the move out. Fortunately, there was an elevator for the move in! They worked well together and I’m so glad I called them. Worth every dollar! Thank you to William (driver/mover) and his two Amigos (movers)! You were great! TIME: 9am-545pm, including travel time. NEGATIVE: I had to pay $300 for their travel time. I was charged $150-175 EACH WAY for them to drive to the house and back to their office. I think their travel charges were excessive. CUSTOMER SERVICE: Wyatt was difficult to talk to; he was a little condescending, even though I assured him I understood what he was saying. I didn’t appreciate his demeanor.
We had an amazing experience! I was very nervous because I had often heard stories about hiring movers and things going badly. Specifically with the end price being much more than quoted. But our encounter was perfect! The quote I received was actually higher than the final bill! We did have things ready to go and tried to make it as easy as possible, so I am sure that helps. But these guys truly worked their tails off and did a fantastic job! And they were all so extremely friendly and helpful! I wouldn’t hesitate for a minute to hire this crew. Super impressive!
