This my first experience with this company, and I will have to say it was terrible. The gentlemen who moved my stuff were awesome, they went above and beyond. With that being said, there is a significant disconnect between the movers and corporate. The movers will tell you one thing and corporate will do the opposite. The Customer support and their sales team are horrible. The sales team will quote you a price, expect to pay about triple. There are many hidden costs the movers never mention. Nobody shows you a price list for material, and they change the overnight rate to their convenience. You’d think someone would call and apologize for the miscommunication or make it right, no Instead they told me to be grateful they gave me a discount, and then billed me for an extra hour of labor lol. After my move, I spoke with Andy from corporate resolutions, and he was very empathetic to my concerns. He was very understanding and helped me resolve all of my issues.

I was panic moving on a home closing deadline and called all my sons. They sent a crew of three guys, O’Shea, Zack, and Jackson.

They were incredibly organized and efficient. They accomplished in one day what would have taken me a month to do, and had the whole home cleaned out in hours.

I was really impressed with how safe they were, professionally wrapping everything and hauling it out with no damage to walls or floors.

I wish I could give zero stars. My move with All My Sons Moving & Storage on October 22, 2025, was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. I contracted and paid for a four-person crew due to heavy furniture — they sent only three. Because of that, they slid my furniture across my wood floors, leaving deep scratches that cost me $250 in emergency repairs before my home buyer’s walk-through. They also caused a hole in my ceiling and failed to properly wrap my upholstered furniture. My white velvet chaise was ripped and stained, my storage bench soiled, and several furniture parts were chipped. A custom mirror and glass shelves were shoved into storage unwrapped.

I have photos of everything. When I contacted Manager Tyler Kearney, he said this was out of his hands and put me in contact with Regional Director Andrew Conant. Andrew admitted how bad it was and promised to “make good on everything.” I believed him — but after scheduling a November 3rd appointment to fix things, the crew never showed up. No call, no follow-up, and now both Tyler and Andrew have completely disappeared.

To make matters worse, I later discovered the crew falsified my signature on their final paperwork — I refused to sign that document because of all the issues.

This company’s lack of integrity, accountability, and professionalism is shocking. They caused damage with their negligence, made promises to fix it, and then vanished. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from All My Sons Moving & Storage.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This was hands down the most unprofessional, dishonest moving company I’ve ever dealt with. When they arrived, the movers refused to unload anything until we paid, a complete shakedown.
They charged $229 an hour plus a $229 “travel fee” for a 10-minute drive. The move took 2 hours total for a one-bedroom apartment just a bed, couch, dining table, TV, and stand yet they billed us for 4 hours. The final total? $945. An absolute scam.
To top it off, they made me sign so-called “insurance paperwork” after the move and wouldn’t even hand over the receipt until I did. Completely shady behavior from start to finish.
This company is a rip-off. Dishonest, overpriced, and completely unprofessional. Stay far away.

The 5th Gen on All My Sons Moving & Storage

I had an awful experience with this moving company. The manager (Tyler and Snow) was extremely rude towards my wife. They never sent any clear information or paperwork before the move, which made everything confusing and stressful. On top of that, several pieces of my furniture were damaged during the move. The whole operation feels like a scam — they promise professionalism, but what you get is careless handling and zero accountability.

Save yourself the headache and look for another moving company that actually respects its customers and their belongings.
