I heard about Good Greek from the KVJ show. My brother in law died in Texas and it was a pretty hectic time, we planned on getting my sister in law back here with the family. We decided to go with GoodGreek, it was a hefty sum, 6.5k to move everything in her house to storage until she could find a place to move into. She had some Stratocasters and 10's of thousands of dollars worth of music equipment. When she finally got back to FL and inspected the storage we were met with some pretty awful packing and broken equipment. We also reached out to the customer service and they said they would send us a "claim form" that we never received. This is a gross misconduct of trust in our time of need. The storage unit looks like a dump truck just backed up and emptied out into the unit. I would have had a better experience hiring help from the home depot parking lot. 0/10 I regret contacting them at all.
Heber, Jose Valeta, and Jose foutemboa were the absolute best team I could have hoped for. They arrived early in the arrival window, and took care of our stuff with the precision of a military operation. Every large item was handled with care, wrapped thoroughly, and carefully loaded. And we had a lot of stuff to move. 3 bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms, all loaded and ready to go within 3 hours. They made what would normally be a stressful day extremely easy and even beat us to our destination 3 hours away. And had the intuition to place objects like beds in the correct rooms. When we arrived they were mostly finished and asked for specifics where to unload more items. 10/10 experience and well worth the price. Will absolutely use this company again.

Communication is excellent and they have proper equipment to load exotic cars that are low to the ground. Thanks guys, there were two movers who were a huge help getting our two bedroom Townhouse in Jupiter up to Saint Augustine. They worked with me to get the living room the way I wanted it to look and set up a few things I wasn’t really paying attention to On the back patio and it looks so cute. I will probably keep it just like that. The driver shared his phone number with me so I could call and keep in touch with him while on the road.ETA I wrote the Review above and gave the company five stars UNTIL We opened the box with our 65 inch TV and it is now unusable. We enjoyed the guys’ help moving, but unfortunately, the TV was transported incorrectly.
Moving can be so stressful so choosing your movers is essential. I cannot express how happy I am with Good Greek, especially Jojan & Jose. What an amazing team! Courteous, quick yet efficient, helpful and so clean. I am so happy this part of our journey started with Good Greek. (Two bedroom apartment in Florida with storage until relocation up north in the coming months)
