We had a great experience with Best Whitby Movers team. They were professional, quick, and thorough. They arrived on time, packed the truck quicker than expected, and then completed the move to a challenging new building with no freight elevator or loading dock. The ONLY firm I got a quotation from provided me a "guaranteed not to exceed" pricing, which they followed and cost $900 less than the next lowest rate. They were on time for both packing and moving and performed an above-average job with packing and moving care. Their truck may not be the most opulent, but they excel in two areas: affordability and service.
Initially I was concerned, had never booked movers myself before and it seemed very relaxed and laid back I’m not sure why I was looking for something complicated but it was super simple to book and set up - the day of they arrived early and asked if they could start early - honestly the most respectful kind and communicative people I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I was very impressed with the gentlemen who attended to move my property. They arrived early, started working immediately, were polite and friendly, and careful with my property. They let me know when they were taking a break and their breaks were short. I definitely would recommend them.
I was in need of a fairly last minute move and contacted Best Whitby Movers, and I am SO GLAD I did! The team of 2 fellows that showed up 15 minutes early worked incredibly hard to get my move done. They were very careful with my things (maybe a bit of a downer as they wrapped everything and the move took a lot longer then it probably needed to), nothing was damaged and they were pleasant to work along with. I would recommend this organization hands down and would call again if another move was needed
