understanding and helpful, rates within norm of others, located by 11th st USPS area old downtown. looks like old Macy store years ago now like a warehouse, not like newly built storage units, so little hard to see but easy access and good security. inside kept clean.

Great indoor l, climate controlled storage. Prices are reasonable for what you are getting. Only downside is that it is not 24/7.

It is a drive in, which is very convenient. There is some AC and heating system to keep the temperature somewhat comfortable.
There is also a security gate, it doesn't always work but it works most of the time. They used to have a restroom to but it's constantly locked or out of order, so if you are spending a lot of time there just keep that in mind. The very best feature they do have is that you can drive in and it keeps you off the rain, sun, wind, etc... that is really really great!

Stored all of my household goods here for a few months this summer. Overall, this place is excellent. I liked the ability to have indoor storage with my stuff protected from the elements and be able to drive in for ease of access. The staff were very friendly and helpful to me during the time I stored my stuff here. I highly recommend this place if you're needing storage while in Wichita Falls.
