I used upack to move long distance and am very satisfied with the service. The trailer was delivered on time, picked up once it was full and delivered a day earlier than expected by the ABF drivers. All of the representatives for upack and ABF were pleasant and professional. My items all arrived undamaged. The price was a little high but was less than anyone else at the time. I would definitely recommend them.
Excellent! If you are moving long distance, use UPack! We recently move from the Midwest to the East coast and used UPack. It was easy, convenient, cost-effective, and great customer service. Upack provided us with a step by step instructions and it was so easy. They also texted us messages for reminders and information. The Upack was dropped off in front of our house and we had 3 days to load our belongings. We hired movers (separately from UPack) to move and pack the UPack. I clicked the link for our Upack to be picked up and they came the next day! Drop off at our destination was a great! I called Upack to let them know what day we would arrive and they were able to schedule the drop off. Again, we hire movers to unload the Upack and with a click of a button the Upack was ready to be picked up and gone within 2 days. I called customer service several times as I was curious as to the flow of the operation and they were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend using Upack for any moves!
U-Pack is an exceptional service provided by ABF. We sent a ReloCube from the Poconos, PA to a very rural town in Puerto Rico and the service was amazing. Customer service is great, the drivers are very professional and helpful in every way and their delivery estimates are on par. Would highly recommend and will use them again without a second thought!
U-pack was so helpful and the customer service is great- which made the whole moving process much easier. I used the door to door service and each driver that either delivered or picked up the trailer was so friendly. ABF even went above and beyond to pick up my trailer in the same day it was dropped off- their help and service is so appreciated! Highly recommend!!
We used U-Pack Relocube for our move from Clarks Summit to Alpharetta, GA and being first time mover I have to be honest with the service. I got the online quote and compared with other similar services and was pleased to see the lower price. Read some reviews and called these guys. After all my questions answered I went ahead and placed the order. 3 days before moving they arrived with cube on time. Was impressed to see the available space inside it. We were able to load all your stuff into it and still had plenty of space available. As a rule of thumb place all your items covering entire floor area as things can move horizontally. Or place some cushions to avoid scratches. They picked cube as per given time. At the receiving end we had them hold the cube for 1 month and upon calling them it was delivered in the requested window. I was little bit scared to open it but I did not see any damage or movement of stuff at all. I will highly recommend use of Relocube for a small move instead of paying high dollar to full service movers.
