From start to finish, the BEST moving experience I have ever had. Day one, I first spoke to Tyler on the phone (without being put on hold), and he guided me through the process of scheduling, and very reasonable pricing. Then moving coordinator, Andrea called shortly afterwards to discuss what to expect, answer questions and sign forms online. Andrea continued to communicate with me to quell my anxiety, answer any further questions, and support me right up to moving day, and after completion of move! Movers Brian, and Josh were on time, friendly, and professional, and moved my belongings with great care! I trust this group so much, because I had such a pleasant experience during such a stressful time. Thank you!

I loved frustrate movers so much that I just used them again. This is a new review in addition to my original Andrea, LT, Tam, Wendell and Mr Siebert we're all top of the line . They are great with follow-up, communication and provide excellent service every step of the way . The moving crew never stopped working. Even in 13° weather with ice and snow that kept going. They went above and beyond in dealing with ice and treacherous conditions. My deepest thanks to all! You are wonderful ! Iriginal: George, Andre and Eddie were top notch pros. They took great care in all they did, from packing, wrapping, storing and moving. I absolutely plan on recommending them and using them again. Andrea was also such a help in setting things up and following up with the move. Mr Siebert was wonderful in coming to give me an estimate. All around professional, dependable and reliable.

Andre, NyKesse and Jeremiah were absolutely fantastic. They are true professionals that take pride in their work. The men were extremely courteous with great dispositions. We have now used First Rate Movers two times during our transition across country and highly recommend the company. Our moving experience was amazing because of these gentleman.

Andre,Nykesse and Sean were absolutely fantastic!! They showed up exactly on time. They were polite and courteous. All 3 went about packing up my belongings in an efficient manner. I’d recommend 1st rate in a minute! Great job! Today I met George and Cam as well as Andre …fantastic workers! They are such great workers…thorough and so efficient. I can’t say enough good things about this move. I recommend First Rate movers highly.????????

Jake, Brian and Brian were absolute pros. They moved a grand piano for me from Snow Hill to Berlin, and then removed my old piano. Incredible price for the amount of work and a professional outfit from top to bottom. Highly recommend.
